To brighten the eye
Simply apply to your waterline (the part right above your lower lashes, closest to your eye) from corner to corner, and then add a little on the inner V of your eyes too. It will look like you’ve had an eight hour sleep even if you stayed up all night watching Bridgerton.
To add more fun
Try wearing it solo and create a cat eye. Just trace your upper lid with a white pencil and flick the pencil toward the outer corner of your eye up toward the end of your brow.
Tip: Make sure to use a freshly sharpened pencil to get a clean, sharp line.
